Facebook | State Farm Insurance: "Martin DeYoung In retrospect, the Gig Harbor agent was teh worst experince I ever had with a State farm firm. When in accident that was not my fault the agetn told me that for me to get assistance from them I would have to pay my deductible before they would help. To me that is so wrong. If you live tne that area I would suggest to change agents."

I was told by the adjuster that I would be back in the house by September...well it is now looking like much later...very frustrated..The bank, builder, city permits are all hinged on this report to start....I need help getting my kids and I back to the home we love and back to rebuilding our lives.."

Took two weeks to get any communication going through State Farm--car is totaled. Bad information from State Farm as to what should have been on the title. Fibs, Lies, and misleading information are what I have got through this whole process. State Farm has my car, my title, and my money. After 24 years and having 10 policies with them at one time, I get poor customer service and abuse? I believe the CEO needs to go undercover in his own agency and figure out what is really going on in this gigantic business. I am from a small town and I thought having the same agent for the 24 years would be of assistance--no assistance; fighting the battle on my own. Hope to have it resolved this week and will be seriously considering taking the nine policies I have with them to someone who appreciates my business and my money.

So for 40 years this woman has listened to her State Farm agent’s advice and paid the company, only to be screwed when it was the company’s turn to pay her.
