Facebook | no help from State Farm: "They willingly accepted my premium month after month, but when it came time to actually provide a service - they screwed me over. I fully plan to repeat this email daily on here. It's the least I can do. Learn from my mistake and move your coverage to another company - one with a good claims statistic such as Farm Bureau. I'm just sayin'....... Don't pay into their black hole because if you ever DO need their help, they won't be there. You'll be on your own. Tsk tsk."
