They advise I seek whatever medical treatment necessary as they acknowledged 100% liability. I do seek treatment - and then they conveniently deny paying the Dr bill. They have been provided all necessary documentation from the DR and still won't pay the balance. Once this matter is resolved I will be taking our business elsewhere and I truly advise you do the same. I have also carried SF for almost 20 yrs, full coverage on my vehicles and homes and the one time I actually need to rely on them, they let me down. I have filed a complaint with the IL Dept of Insurance. Seriously - like so many other horror stories I'd heard, but didn't believe - UNTIL it happened to me. I suggest you don't wait until it happens to you."
