Facebook | State Farm Insurance: "Shauna Thornton I had a house fire two months ago June 7th and for the most part I am happy with the agent and their team... the adjuster on the other hand ...all I can say is he is a nice guy but here we are on week number eight and still no final report and nothing can start until the report is complete. I was told by the adjuster that I would be back in the house by September...well it is now looking like much later...very frustrated..The bank, builder, city permits are all hinged on this report to start....I need help getting my kids and I back to the home we love and back to rebuilding our lives.."
